Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days and are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at info@bombshellbrandingstudio.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your claim.

Approved claims may receive a replacement or refund to the original payment method. Items damaged due to customer mishandling will not be accepted and returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.
